A hundred education technology leaders have gotten together to coalesce our community around electing Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. We’d like you to join us in supporting competence, compassion, and calm leadership.
There is sometimes an uneasy relationship between the private sector and the world of progressive education policy. While our community comes at the work with a shared sense of commitment to addressing issues of equity and access that are core to the progressive policy agenda, we do so through means — as investors, entrepreneurs and executives — that are not always aligned with the immediate priorities of policy makers and regulators.
Knowing that each of us has given to the campaign already, we’re shooting for 200 CEOs, Presidents, Managing Directors, and funders to donate an additional $5000 each in the next day, for a total of $1 Million. We know that the hour is late, and this amount probably won’t be dispositive, but the election is close enough that we can’t be sure.
